try any kind of lip gloss/balm/chapstick that has cinnamon or peppermint in it. try bath and bodyworks or victoria's secret :)
They did sell a product in the drugstore that will plump them up! I don't know the name of it, but check out the drugstores. I've seen it there! Or try botox! Good Luck!!
press an ice cube against your lips for several minutes. and then apply chapstick or a good gloss, it works amazing!
