no just when you use it
there is lip gloss that plumps your lips up when wearing it but when it wears off of course so does your plumpness


works though and pretty shiny colors that make your lips moist.
They do not last, so save your money and get someone to smack you in the mouth instead.
I use lipfusion you put it on before bed and you wake up with plump lips....It stay all day!! This is what the stars use a little expensive but well worth it...I use it most every night!! and you only need a little bit so it lasts a long time Good luck !! :) I put the link below...

Just short term - to have long lasting effect they would have to be classed as a drug.
just for the time you have it on i would recommend too faced lip injection.

There is one that lasts for quite a while (maybe a couple weeks) but you have you use it every day for a month or so. I think it's called 'City Lips', I used it before and the affects definitely lasts even after you stopped using it (mine ran out). The only problem is you have to keep buying for it to last and it's not cheap!
