lip venom is the ultimate plumper- seriously-- i found it in London in 1998 - back then it wasn't available in the US but now Sephora has it- in two varieties- lite or regular- it stings so try the lite first. but it works and seals your lip color in (for almost 12 hours!!)
I like neutregena and avon also has a fantastic lip bloss/plumper!
try victorias secret voluptious lip plumper. it is really good and cost 10.00
Sephora has a brand called DuWop. They carry a gloss called lip venom. It works great, and smells pretty amazing.
