Has anyone heard of ';Celebrity Sexy Lips'; Lip Plumper?
Has anyone tried the above mentioned product? I have only found one review for it online, yet it claims that it's endorsed by E!, VH1, the Oxygen Network, Extra, and OK magazine. I've never heard of it before and I wanted to know if it really does work. Seems like a good deal they have for the holidays... I just purchased this...I figured it was worth a try because you can get a $50 rebate and still keep the product. Well -- it doesn't really work. It MAYBE plumps my lips a bit when I apply it, but it does not have any long term effects. I would definitely not recommmend it. Report Abuse

I've been using Sally Hansen Lip Inflation. it plumps my lips but I find it very drying.
My lips and jaw became very dry and started to wrinkle. I also noticed my lips became cracked and chapped due to this product by Sally Hansen.

i'm 21 and have wondered the same thing... i'm a huge Sephora fan, but even reviews and ratings on the most expensive lip gloss plumpers are not that good. my best bet is to just love your lips... or learn how to play with lip liner. outlining your lips with a pencil or brush before applying gloss/lipstick will help tremendously.
at 12 years old, all you need is chapstick. go do your homework and quit trying to look grown up.

These would be easy and affordable ingredients for you to find, and you wouldn't have to worry about anyone freaking out over you ';buying'; lip plumper. i think that the clour of the lip gloss is important .u may want to use brighter colour.n u can brush ur lip with a tooth brush lightly n it will become smoother,thus.it will look slightly bigger.
if youhave a lip liner that matches your lips and put it on sparingly. then get really shiny lipgloss, put some on your finger and dap it on the middle of your bottom lip and a bit on top to (you can use the technique withoiut lipliner.

Hey ladies. I am looking for the cheapest best lip plumper that is out there, that WILL gradually make my lips get bigger (I did not say cheap - I said cheapest out of the best). I do not want the ones that temporarily give make lips like Angelina's. I want one that might not show results quickly (I am patient) BUT will slowly but SURELY make my lips get bigger (not ';look';, GET bigger). Lip plumpers work by basically reacting with your lips, much like a bee sting, causing swelling. So there is not going to be a legit product that permanently swells your lips up.
There also isn't a ';best'; one, because, like with all other cosmetics, your skin will react differently to the ingredients than other people.
So a plumper that works for me may not have any result on your lips, because your lips will not be affected by the ingredients in the product.
There's a brand of lip gloss called Lip Venom and it's supposed to make your lips bigger and it tingles when you put it on. I know you said you didn't want your lips to ';look'; bigger but if you put lip liner on it will make them look bigger. Don't use a dark color use pink or something to blend in with lip gloss or lipstick.
i suggest Victoria's Secrets Lip Plumper. its about $18. but it is definitely worth the money. my lips were very small. but now they are very plump! but you must use it about 3 times to kick it in. hope i helped!

If you want to do something more ';natural'; and if you really want to try something that works, try rub a chili on your lips. And only on your lips(!) Then you can apply anyone of your favourite lippgloss's on afterwards. Cheap, safe and simple. It stings for a minute or two - but it works! (and yes - it's kissproof锘?too)

I found that boots plumb pudding worked the best, it not a lip gloss like other plumpers its an actualy creme, you use it overnight and when you wake up theyre plump which is a wierd feeling but it looks good, its very tingly when you apply it and it numbs your lips but it does work. However the first time I used it I put too much on and woke up with big swollen lips but then I used it again but only a tiny bit and it was perfect hoe this helps x x
Lip fusion apparently works great. I've never tried it though. I find Sally Hanson works well with my lips although it can be slightly irritating if you have sensitive lips. Also looking for lip gloss that has sparkle in it gives the appearance of fuller lips. good luck :)

If you want soft, supple lips though, the key is moisture.
Try this .. get an old toothbrush with soft bristles. Run it under warm water for a few seconds. Gently massage the bristles over your lips. This removes any dead skin from your lips revealing, pink, healthy skin underneath. You need a good lip balm to keep lips hydrated, which infuses them with moisture and makes them look plump, soft, and healthy. I like the good ol' Burt's Bees and ChapStik brands. They work the best and keep the moisture infused in your lips instead of just laying on top of them or (YUCK) making them flaky.
If you do this routine, your lips with stay soft and supple. I swear by it.

Apparently your lips have a reaction to the chili which makes them look fuller and bigger, i leave it for 3 minutes by which time they're all tingly and then wash it off. There's really no limit to how much lip plumber you can use in a day. You can touch up your lipgloss as many times as you please, but remember less is more. I think you should set yourself a limit of 3 times a day because you're still 13. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with your lips.

Anyway, I recently bought two: Maybelline Volume XL and Rimmel Volume Booster. I have been alternating between them and applying the product a couple of times a day. I will give you a method by which you will get big lips by using things right from the kitchen...ok...here we go...
For this you will need:
Vaseline
Powdered cinnamon

*Mix in half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

Girl: very carefully, using a darker than your lipstick, lipliner, line slightly outside your natural lip line- making your lips appear bigger. Only do this subtley otherwise you''l look like BIg Brother's Lea! Secondly, always use red lipstick. Not only is it classy and sexy, it's very daring and makes your lips look much bigger, exellent for pouting. Cover with a lipgloss- l'oreal do a fabulous one and it smells like strawberries.
Boy: Pinch your lips until the look flushed, then add vaseline (petroleum jelly). They will look incredibly snoggable

Can I use Lip Fusion XL as my day lip plumping gloss too?
I know there's the regular Lip Fusion I can use, but to save on money (I know that's so cheap of me but hey i'm a college kid!) could I use the XL for during day and night? Or is it mainly only for night time use?Can I use Lip Fusion XL as my day lip plumping gloss too?

Also at MAC, you can ask for their plumper. I have a bottle but forgot what it's called. I would definitely reccommend the MAC one.

First, I'm sorry to say that if you have thin lips, Lip Venom won't make them look anything like Angelina's; only injections can do that. I've tried Lip Venom and it burns! I thought I used too much so I washed it off and used just a dot on the center of my lips. Nope, it still burned like crazy.
Unfortunately, I was so put off by that experience that I haven't used any other plumper since.
Never tried Lip Venom, but I have tried several different brands of lip plumping treatments, and the one I've found to be the absolute BEST is ';Lip Fusion's 2X Micro-Injected Collagen + HA Lip Plumping Therapy';. It was a little pricey (around $50.00 for a small tube) but worth every penny for a thin-lipped gal like me:). It has a pretty strong tingle feeling at first, but it goes away after a few minutes. NO WAY...lip plumper is not bad at all no matter what your age. Keep in mind however that those the ones that are for anti-aging etc etc are aimed at older women for a reason and sometimes include products that are specifically aimed for anti-aging skin types (and lip types in this situation) I know that MAC has a lip plumping line and MAC is sually aimed at all age groups. Also, and local drug store etc will hae different types of lip plumpers. Experiement with different ones. Not all are for ';older'; women and it is more popular now so you should be able to find something that you feel comfortable and that works for you.Good luck

It technically isn't a lip plumper, but it is the only thing I notice makes my lips look ';juicier';: Aveda lip glosses (the ones in the plastic tubes). They also have a lot of good ingredients in them, and last a long time. I wasn't expecting such a plumping effect: I was pleasantly surprised.

It technically isn't a lip plumper, but it is the only thing I notice makes my lips look ';juicier';: Aveda lip glosses (the ones in the plastic tubes). They also have a lot of good ingredients in them, and last a long time. I wasn't expecting such a plumping effect: I was pleasantly surprised.
LipTox and LipTox Sheer from Bee-Luscious. It works but it don't happen overnight. It takes a few weeks if you apply it three times a day.

Lip vermon, you can purchase this from Sephora a make up store. First you will feel it tingling on your lips tha tmeans it's working.
I use Glo Minerals lip plumper, and it is awesome. There are also good ones from Victoria's Secret as well.
The best drugstore plumper brand is Sally Hansen, but the all time best is Sephora's TOo Faced Lip Injection!

I know there's the regular Lip Fusion I can use, but to save on money (I know that's so cheap of me but hey i'm a college kid!) could I use the XL for during day and night? Or is it mainly only for night time use?Can I use Lip Fusion XL as my day lip plumping gloss too?
You can also use it in the morning and at night..but it works better at night while you're sleeping. Your body does repairs and such while you sleep. XL is more potent and last longer than the other glosses.

It works like lip gloss. Really glossy and shiny. It makes your lips to look fuller. But it doesn't feel good the first few times when you apply it. You will feel the irritated feeling. I use the one that's selling at sephora. BUT! there's also something that works as good as lip plumper. It's lip mask... Sephora also sells one too. Apply it 4 times per week. 5~10 minutes each time. The really good ones burn like hell. I thought I was having an allergy b/c they got bigger and really red. The girl at the store (Gloss) said it's supposed to do that. I guess the irritation makes them larger.
