Lip plumper suggestions?

I'm thinking about getting Lip Venom..


I really don't want my lips to be too shiny/glossy, but I want them to get redder and plumper.

I like Buxom lips from Bare Essentials (available at Sephora). It definitely plumps and they have all kinds of colors!
