im looking for a good lip plumper and i was just wondering what's the best one to get? i was thinking of getting the lip fusion one but it's like $40 and i don't want to get it if it doesn't really work. so what's the best one to get that's more around the $10-25? i will splurge and get the lip fusion one but only if it works really really good.What's the best lip plumper you've ever tried?
