Pout Plump is the absolute best. Sadly it's just gone out of business - but it does mean loads are going cheap on eBay, so you can get them for a fiver instead of 20 quid. A decent Lip plumper ?
Here's a tip, and it should save you time and money:
Get your lips wet, however you want. Then put on lip gloss. Your lips will look plumper, also they won't dry up like a prune in winter time thanks to the lip gloss ;D
And be sure to stock up on lip balm!! If your lips get so dry and painful, then that's probably not a good thing. Try not to lick them, or get them wet TOO much (and by this, I mean licking your lips by habit)!!! They'll just dry out %26gt;_%26lt;
Hi, Target sells a product called 'Sexy Motherpucker'. It doesn't taste like mint, more like chocolate, but it is nice. The only thing I would change about it is that it's kind of sticky. It comes in a few different colors, pretty neutral ones, and is about $10. Good luck to you. :)
Wet and Wild has one that works pretty well, it tastes like cinnamon, it kinda makes your lips tingle for a bit, that might be uncomfortable for some.
