give ur lips some massage with the toothbrush when you're brushing your teeth. make sure u wont press too hard and put some moisturising lipstick after so that your lips wont dry.
do the massage for about a min, not more.

I use Vaseline on my lips
They look natural, feel soft, and look plumper
some ones fist!!! one good hard FREE PREICLESS punch in the mouth ! =] hehe
USE WATER
I like to use vaseline. makes my lips feel moist and soft.
