Im looking for a lip plump that doesnt burn - tingle ok(its gotta be worth it in the end ay). =)What is the best lip plump thats not really expensive???
well the mac one is really nice but it tingles really bad!!! i had to take mine back but it looked soo nice!!! but anyone by sally hansen is really nice!!! it tingles for about one min. compared to the mac one,...if you can stand the tingle get the mac one!!!! its lik 17 bucks and the sally hansen is lik 10 at the most!!!What is the best lip plump thats not really expensive???
