Gently pinch your lips from edge to edge for about 30 seconds on upper and lower each. Apply a non-sticky-non shiny lip balm/chapstick and continue with the pinch for the same time. This gets the blood circulating in your lips. Then apply lipstick/lipgloss after wiping off lip balm/chapstick. Then with the end of your makeup brush - any one - lightly press the point into your lips from edge to edge.





VOILA! It is not guaranteed to work every time but it sure helps! Try doing the pinching at night before you sleep as the results will show in the morning. At night pinch slightly harder.

CVS has a lip plumper the brand is 24/7. It is usually 20 bucks but it goes on sale all the time for 10 bucks.
