Lip plumper(pumper)?

If a girl puts this on and then kisses a boy...wouldn't his lips become plumped as well? Is there a certain amount of time that must elapse before there isn't transfer?Lip plumper(pumper)?

what that stuff does is give the lips an allergic reaction.. which makes them swell.. so you never know.. if they applied it ang you kissed them right after.. I am not talking botox.. i am talking about the stuff in the lipstick they have out now
no because the plumper is absorbed and they would need A LOT for it to effect you like the whole tube
