lip plumpes have an ingredient that more intesely ciruclates blood flow to your lips, it has a sort of cinnamon extract ( thats where you get the burning, tingling feeling from). They are not dangerous, and the only side effects are plumper lips and tingling. Sometimes it can be a very intense tingle.
