well, im not too fond of lip plumpers because of the price, so ive come up with a cheaper solution i do before i leave the house. i mix a good amount of red pepper caynne pepper with vaseline. i make it into a mask, and wear it on my lips for about five minutes. its really plumps the lips up for a good amount of time. rub it off with a towel. but just a warning, it does sting a bit, but so do lip plumpers.
Too Faced makes one, I don't know if it really plumps but I love it anyway - my fiance says it makes my lips sexy. I assume that is all that matters. It is called Lip Injection and can be found at Sephora. Be careful with this stuff though - it will turn your lips a pretty pink color after a few seconds, the problem is it will do the same thing to your skin. The first time I used it I went outside and it was windy my hair stuck to my freshly glossed lips and I brushed it away when I looked in a mirror later I had red lines on the side of my face! It fades after about 20 min. though.

lipfusion (sephora) is a good one...it does actually plump your lips temporary,i think it contain cinnamon, wich irritates the skin on your lips and thus make them bigger as an ';allergic'; reaction, but it does not last long...the only way to plump your lips for a long period of time is lips injection (botox)
