Girl: very carefully, using a darker than your lipstick, lipliner, line slightly outside your natural lip line- making your lips appear bigger. Only do this subtley otherwise you''l look like BIg Brother's Lea! Secondly, always use red lipstick. Not only is it classy and sexy, it's very daring and makes your lips look much bigger, exellent for pouting. Cover with a lipgloss- l'oreal do a fabulous one and it smells like strawberries.





Boy: Pinch your lips until the look flushed, then add vaseline (petroleum jelly). They will look incredibly snoggable

This stuff called ';lip venom ';get it on ebay or Holt Renfrew if in Canada.
Have someone hit you in the mouth enough to get your lips to swell a bit but not so hard that you have a fat lip.

They have something at Target , I was just looking at it yesterday, I cant remember the name, its in the makeup isle, it looks like clear lip gloss.
go to your wal mart or walgreens and they make this stuff by Sally and it is a plumping lip gloss......it feels wierd at first but they definately make them look larger good Luck
Sally Hansen makes a lipstick or gloss that actually ';plumps'; your lips. My friend's sister-in-law swears by it. I know other more expensive brands make those too.
