How do I make my lips plumper?

Ok so I want to make my lips plumper. Are there any natural ways I can do this? I heard that rubbing your lips with a toothbrush for a while makes them plumper, but how long does this last? Also, are there any cheap lip plumpers I can buy at a drugstore that are under $8?

the tooth brush thing is true but not that affective what you could do is look for lip plumper's on the internet or buy a mint stick lots of people do what the mint stick does is cause a sort of allergic reaction and makes your lips plump up and its harmless
