Try lining them with a lip liner that's slightly darker (but not much darker) than your lipstick. Although that won't plump them, it will give the appearance of fuller lips.

theres this wet and wild stuff you can get at any drugstore or like...walmart. its called plump. it smells really good, and actually does work.
Unfortunately there is no natural way to get thicker lips....
but u can increase the circulation in your lips so that they dont get thinner by kissing frequently and massaging them..
remember the lips are made up of a muscle called orbicularis oris...
Bite you're lips that should make them swell up and appear to look bigger.

Exercise them so they plump out...and work your lips more...You know lip shape is hereditary...and thin lips cannot suddenly become 'plump'...Consider your face shape...and you will see your lips suit your face...

Use them as a plumper tool if you get my drift . Just kidding dont take that literialy. Seriously, I know there are some products out there but can't think of any of their names. Have you tried looking on the internet at maybe some of the cosmetic companies' websites?
Use liner a bit above the actual lip, then use a heavy gloss. It doesn't make you look like a stripper, either.

victoria's secret makes a lip gloss called lip plumper , I personally have big lips so don't need to use it but my sister has very thin lips and raves about it
Okay, Sally Hansen has a product called Lip Inflation. They just recently came out with tinted versions of the original clear gloss. It is a little tingly at first, but it works pretty well. Plus, it only costs about $4. I like to wear the clear and then apply some color on top of it.
Also, you can rub cinnamon oil on your lips and it does the trick pretty well.
Don't get injections, they just look fake, work with what you have.
