Ok, these are all good answers but from a makeup artist, if there is a gloss you like just put it on on top of a dab of cinnamon on your lips. Cinnamon is what is in all of these products that plump. Just a suggestion.

Before you apply your lip gloss, brush your lips lightly with your toothbrush. Sounds kind of funny but it does work.
